Description

You will lead high-level RPA program initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business unit strategy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives and long-term team goals.
• Manage budgets, funding channels, and P&L to ensure maximum productivity and ROI.
• Define team roles, manage resource utilization, and oversee cross-functional project teams.
• Mitigate program risks and implement interventions to ensure project goals are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, project sponsors, and external vendors to define scope, deliverables, and work plans.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT.
• 4+ years of experience specifically in program management.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading teams.
• Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, iterative, and Spotify execution methodologies.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW), Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• PMP or CSM certification is required.
• Experience in account mining and managing resource utilization.

Preferred Skills

• PgMP certification.
• Direct experience managing RPA projects.
