Description

You will lead and execute high-level RPA program initiatives from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and business unit direction.
• Manage budgets, funding channels, and operating plans to ensure maximum productivity and ROI.
• Define team roles, manage resource utilization, and oversee P&L responsibilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop scope, deliverables, and work plans.
• Analyze program risks, plan mitigations, and produce accurate status reporting for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT with 4+ years in program management and 5+ years in project management.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, and Spotify execution methodologies.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW), Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• PMP and CSM certifications.
• Experience in account mining and resource utilization.
• Ability to prepare and present management reports for internal and customer stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• PgMP certification.
• Direct experience managing RPA projects.
