Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of hyper-automation programs, aligning technical execution with strategic business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement scalable automation pipeline strategies covering intake, prioritization, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Establish program governance, manage delivery roadmaps, and track performance KPIs.
• Act as Agile Delivery Lead for automation squads, tracking sprint metrics and managing backlogs.
• Identify new automation opportunities and drive innovation across the enterprise.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in automation and digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale automation programs in client-facing environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Automation Anywhere 360 (AA360) and IDP platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms such as Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, or OpenAI and their integration into automation workflows.
• Experience designing and implementing automation pipelines and strategies.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
