Description

Lead business process automation initiatives within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Forms.
• Manage citizen development programs and related automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to prioritize requests and build consensus.
• Build rapport with end-users to ensure user-centric solution development.
• Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously while meeting business expectations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business process automation.
• In-depth technical expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Power BI.
• Extensive experience with SharePoint and related automation tools.
• Proven ability in business process management and workflow automation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical presentations.
• Demonstrated experience managing citizen development programs.
• BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business.
