Description

Lead RPA project delivery, managing scope, schedule, and stakeholder relationships to ensure customer success. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and manage multiple workstreams to deliver customer outcomes within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints.
• Define project success criteria, develop detailed project plans, and track progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs; report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Run customer-facing project status meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Assist in the development and review of SOWs, MSAs, and other related documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing, partner-facing, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPA project management, specifically working for system integrators or global SIs.
• UiPath project management experience is mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Experience using change management processes for dynamic professional services projects.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, Agile Project Management, and professional services SOWs in parallel.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE II certification.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or OpenSpan.
• External customer-facing management experience including partners.
