Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of RPA solutions, covering bot development, testing, deployment, and support transition.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of RPA projects across multiple business units.
• Manage the development lifecycle of bots, from requirement gathering through deployment.
• Coordinate with business analysts and process owners to validate automation use cases.
• Oversee sprint planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking for projects.
• Manage L2 support activities, including incident analysis, bug resolution, and minor enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing RPA projects using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong understanding of the automation lifecycle, bot orchestration, and exception handling.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, specifically Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience managing L2 support operations, including root cause analysis and change implementation.
• Expertise with project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, compliance, and change management processes.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
