Description

Validate automation solutions and support the end-to-end design and documentation of RPA processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for functional and regression testing.
• Create and maintain test artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify scope, benefits, restrictions, and risks for RPA automation projects.
• Document manual operations and collaborate with business owners to capture requirements.
• Support solution designs for production challenges and enhancements with the RPA team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA or Business Analysis roles.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools: Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or UiPath.
• Ability to develop detailed end-to-end process understandings and identify impacted business needs.
• Experience delivering business analysis artifacts for medium to large-scale projects.
• Skill in conducting process diagnostics and identifying automation opportunities.
• Experience developing business cases and return on investment assessments.
• Ability to assist with the design, documentation, and upkeep of system procedures.

• Any Graduate degree.
