Description

Lead the architecture, design, build, test, and deployment of Blue Prism RPA solutions while managing onshore and offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and present RPA solutions to stakeholders, translating business processes into technical architectures.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including effort estimation, delivery planning, and technical documentation.
• Lead development efforts, provide mentorship, and manage onshore and offshore teams.
• Execute software quality assurance through audits, system reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Manage support, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities within Agile (Scrum, TDD) methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT programming development environments.
• Intermediate practical experience with Blue Prism RPA.
• Blue Prism certification.
• UiPath RPA Developer certification (UiARD).
• UiPath Advanced Course Certification.
• Proven ability to complete functional and technical designs, coding, and unit testing.
• Experience in Software Quality Assurance and technical quality audit inspections.
