Lead RPA development projects to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RPA development team to meet requirements in line with approved solution designs.
• Conduct POCs and feasibility checks to evaluate market tools and suggest optimal technologies.
• Create detailed technical designs that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to the team throughout the solution development lifecycle.
• Resolve high-impact issues or blockers reported by users or the technical platform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience in development, technical leadership, and solutioning.
• 3+ years of experience in RPA projects using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• UiPath RPA Developer or Advanced certification.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript programming.
• Hands-on experience automating across SAP, Oracle, web apps, and legacy software.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and architecture principles.
• Experience developing high availability and scalable BOT environments.
• Proficiency in integrating with web REST services.
• Experience working within an Agile framework and participating in all scrum ceremonies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere in addition to UiPath.
• Advanced knowledge of legacy software automation patterns.
