Key Skills: RPA, Blue Prism, Python

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism to automate business processes end-to-end.
• Use Python (including core data libraries) to support automation logic, data handling, and intelligent automation enhancements.
• Design and deploy automation components with knowledge of Blue Prism architectural/infrastructure components.
• Integrate automations with enterprise systems using SQL, .NET/C#, and HTTP APIs / web services.
• Operate in a scrum/agile environment, delivering high-quality work with continuous improvement and accountability.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in RPA and intelligent automation development.
• RPA and Blue Prism development experience (5+ years developing in Blue Prism).
• Python proficiency with core libraries including pandas and NumPy.
• Strong understanding of automation design, development, deployment, and maintenance practices.
• Experience with SQL, .NET/C#, and HTTP APIs / web services for system integrations.

Good to Have:

• Blue Prism certification and familiarity with Blue Prism architectural/infrastructure components.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, plus NLP techniques (text summarization, sentiment analysis, NER).
• Experience with AWS services including RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, SageMaker, and VPC.
• Experience with Vault/Passport, GitLab for UAM/config management, and Terraform for deploying AWS services.

Education : CS, Engineering, or similar university background
