Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and evaluate existing RPA solutions, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Develop new RPA bots and implement process automation improvements based on gathered requirements.
• Analyze and map business processes, then translate business needs into automated solutions.
• Write and execute unit and integration test cases; support UAT with business stakeholders.
• Manage assigned tickets, deliverables, and minor rollout projects while meeting service level expectations.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in process automation and RPA solution development/support.
• RPA and Robotic Process Automation (bot development and solution support).
• Python for automation development and REST API integration.
• XPath for XML-based automation and data extraction.
• Relational SQL database concepts and JSON notation; ability to support API/database-driven automations.

Good to Have:

• Experience with XPath, REST API, and SQL in RPA contexts.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering
