Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Blue Prism.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope.
• Monitor and optimize RPA bot performance, troubleshoot, and debug issues.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain technical excellence.
• Identify and vet candidates for the team based on defined criteria.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Certified or proven expertise in Blue Prism and UiPath.
• Solid understanding of RPA development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Experience with process documentation and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency as an RPA Developer, RPA Engineer, or RPA Consultant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
