Description

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and RPA development teams to drive the automation lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to document "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows.
• Prepare detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and support Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Create features and user stories in Jira to track iteration progress.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by managing test scenarios, data, and business validation.
• Manage the automation backlog and prioritize tasks based on stakeholder feedback.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 2-3 years of experience specifically on RPA projects using UiPath.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and automation feasibility.
• Proficiency with Jira for managing features, user stories, and tasks.
• Experience creating process maps and documentation using Visio.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and technical documentation.
• Ability to break down complex processes for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and Document Understanding.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Confluence.
