Description

You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions to automate business processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure scalable RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles.
• Manage the deployment of RPA components, including bots, robots, and development tools.
• Integrate RPA bots with ITSM help desk ticketing systems for exception handling and support.
• Monitor solution performance via UiPath Orchestrator and perform administrative adjustments.
• Document the full development lifecycle, including PDD, SDD, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development with a track record of project delivery.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with UiPath automation architecture.
• Expertise in RPA tools including UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and process analysis.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Ability to translate business workflow diagrams into automated technical solutions.
• Experience in technical requirements analysis and project management.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in RPA tools.
