Description

Lead the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions using UiPath within the Payer business context. Own automation implementation projects and drive engineering leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation implementation projects for Payer business operations.
• Develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions using UiPath.
• Implement UiPath-based automation within the Payer business context.
• Provide technical leadership and direction for engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
• Proficiency with UiPath and RPA development.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer.
• Ability to operate at a leadership level.
• Experience leading automation implementation projects.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the Payer or healthcare domain.
