Description

Provide first-line support for UiPath automation processes, ensuring system stability and resolving operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the UiPath console to identify failures, issues, and events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Severity 3 and Severity 4 recurring issues.
• Perform daily health checks, routine activities, and log reviews.
• Manage bot deployments and handle user access management.
• Escalate complex issues to L1, L2, OEM, or development teams.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in RPA support.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath support and monitoring.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell and scripting.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with Robotics and L1 support workflows.
• Ability to manage incidents and service requests via ITSM tools.
• Bachelor's degree.
