Description

You will provide L1 and L2 support for UiPath automation solutions, ensuring system stability and resolving technical incidents.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and resolve technical issues related to UiPath robots and Orchestrator.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot automation components and workflows to minimize downtime.
• Monitor automation performance and perform routine maintenance or updates to UiPath components.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Manage user interface design issues within automation workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA support or related roles.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and best practices.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Competency in bug tracking and process automation.
• Strong communication skills for technical troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with User Interface Design within automation contexts.
