Description

Lead RPA automation projects from inception to delivery using WorkFusion. Architect, design, and implement scalable automation workflows and bots.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects by working with stakeholders to define requirements and strategies.
• Supervise and mentor a team of RPA developers through the project lifecycle.
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment while maintaining coding and configuration best practices.
• Conduct quality assurance and reviews to ensure compliance and security standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing automation processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development and leadership.
• Expertise in WorkFusion automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with RPA frameworks and bot maintenance.
• Ability to document technical processes and create detailed reports.
• Proven experience managing the full software development lifecycle for automation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• WorkFusion Certification.
• Knowledge of Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
• Experience with machine learning integration in RPA projects.
