Description

You will lead the delivery of end-to-end automation products and modular business solution designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design flexible, reusable business solutions in collaboration with product delivery and operations teams.
• Own end-to-end automation product delivery by aligning with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers.
• Review developer code, enforce best practices, debug critical issues, and conduct performance testing.
• Identify technology risks and implement corresponding mitigation strategies.
• Implement solution architecture governance and design patterns following enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional coding experience.
• Proficiency in Java and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and MQ.
• Strong development skills in JavaScript, Angular, and Node.js.
• Experience with Azure cloud environments and API management.
• Practical knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and API implementation.
• Experience with complex systems integrations and integration architectures (Service Bus, API Mediation, Event Bus).
• Knowledge of cloud solution design including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid models.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge of Insurance Claims Processing and Document Indexing.
• Experience with BPM tools like Open Text App Works or RPA tools like WorkFusion, UI Path, or Soroco.
• Experience with WorkFusion IDP, Drools Rule Engine, and FileNet.
