Description

You will lead the product lifecycle for RPA and ML initiatives, bridging stakeholder needs with technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Manage and prioritize team backlogs, including sprint planning and adherence to acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to define testing approaches and manage dependencies.
• Lead product demos and synthesize feedback from retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor adoption KPIs and incorporate lessons learned into future product releases.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of Product Owner experience in a cloud-based or SaaS environment.
• 5 years of experience using Agile methodologies and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience tracking capacity against product initiative budgets.
• English proficiency at a B2/C1 level.
• Strong understanding of Lean product management.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ML, Workflow Automation, and RPA concepts.
