Good to Have Skills: Experience with AI tools (Claude Code/Devin) and integration in RPA implementations. Knowledge of consulting and project management techniques. Experience modernizing legacy RPA implementations into code-driven automation frameworks. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, time, and cost estimates for new IT initiatives and automation projects.
• Contribute to IT planning and strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies to meet business needs.
• Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of end-to-end RPA and Python-based automation solutions ensuring business alignment.
• Develop and configure bots primarily using Automation Anywhere, and build and maintain robust Python-based automation solutions.
• Oversee all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation for automation workflows.
• Lead the migration of existing Automation Anywhere bots into Python-based automation frameworks, focusing on optimization and reusability improvements.
• Analyze existing bot implementations and identify opportunities for simplification, scalability, and performance enhancements translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead design decisions for automation architectures, mentor junior developers, and drive adoption of software engineering best practices.
• Perform rigorous code reviews, testing, and validation of all automation workflows and application components to ensure quality.
• Provide expert user and operational support on applications and automation solutions to business users, troubleshooting production issues.
• Monitor, support, and optimize bots in production environments to ensure continuous functionality and efficiency across all deployments.
• Develop reusable frameworks and components for automation, fostering a culture of efficiency and technical excellence within the team.
• Contribute to RPA governance, standards, and best practices, ensuring essential procedures are followed and helping define operating standards.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data privacy standards across all developed applications and automation solutions in regulated environment.

Experience Required: 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications with experience in managing and implementing successful projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
