Description

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA and Python-based automation solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and Python.
• Conduct feasibility studies, time, and cost estimates for new IT initiatives and automation projects.
• Migrate existing Automation Anywhere bots into Python-based frameworks, focusing on optimization, reusability, and scalability.
• Oversee all development phases including analysis, design, testing, and implementation while ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Monitor production bots, perform code reviews, and provide expert support to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
• Proficiency in RPA tools, specifically Automation Anywhere.
• Strong Python development skills for building robust automation solutions.
• Experience with Selenium and Robot Framework for test automation.
• Knowledge of project management and process automation techniques.
• Ability to analyze existing bot implementations and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI tools (Claude Code/Devin) and their integration in RPA implementations.
• Experience modernizing legacy RPA implementations into code-driven automation frameworks.
