Description

You will build and maintain workflows within the Ricoh Process Director environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create new workflows and control files in Ricoh Process Director based on stakeholder requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
• Deliver BAU support for business partners to ensure quality for daily production activity.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement required process changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of design and development experience in Ricoh Process Director (RPD).
• 5+ years of development experience in Linux using shell scripting and cron.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microservices, and Exstream.
• Full Stack development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of DB2 and SQL.
• Working knowledge of PDF, AFP, and PCL print formats.
• Experience with MariaDB.
