Description

You will develop and maintain applications on the iSeries platform, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

All roles are on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and create new programs using SQLRPGLE and Control Language (CLP/CLLE).
• Develop and modify complex SQL queries, including embedded SQL and cursor programming.
• Build program modules, binding directories, and service programs using ILE programming.
• Design and manage database objects including physical files, logical files, SQL tables, indexes, views, and stored procedures.
• Manage iSeries Web Administration by creating and maintaining RESTful JSON APIs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in RPG development.
• Proficiency in SQLRPGLE and Control Language (CLP/CLLE).
• Strong knowledge of SQL concepts and embedded SQL.
• Experience with ILE programming, including service programs and binding directories.
• Experience with screen programming using Display Files, Subfiles, and Printer files.
• Ability to develop RESTful APIs using JSON on the iSeries platform.
• Experience with inter-program and inter-system communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
