Description

You will develop and maintain applications on the AS/400 platform.

Responsibilities

• Write program specifications and code based on provided specifications.
• Develop solutions utilizing RPG, RPG-ILE, COBOL, SQL, and AS/400 environments.
• Integrate systems using APIs and cross-platform integration techniques.
• Design and model databases using DB2 and SQL on AS/400.
• Solve complex problems while managing ambiguity and changing priorities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in RPG development.
• Proficiency in RPG and RPG-ILE.
• Experience with COBOL and SQL.
• Hands-on knowledge of AS/400 environments.
• Expertise in DB2 database management on AS/400.
• Ability to interpret instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high-interrupt environment.
