Description

You will develop and maintain applications on the IBMi platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain code using legacy RPG styles and modern RPG *FREE syntax.
• Integrate web services and handle JSON data structures.
• Manage code deployments through change management processes.
• Utilize SQL for data manipulation and retrieval within the IBMi environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBMi (AS400 or iSeries).
• Proficiency in RPG, including recent *FREE style coding.
• Experience working with JSON and web services.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Change Management tools.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• COBOL programming experience.
• Domain knowledge in medical claims processing.
