Description

You will develop and maintain iSeries applications using RPG, RPG ILE, and RPG-FREE, focusing on SQL integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write new RPG programs and modify existing code based on specifications.
• Analyze, design, and develop software solutions for iSeries (AS400).
• Debug and resolve issues in existing code, ensuring system reliability.
• Integrate new code and fixes into established software systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and implement necessary enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing in RPG Programs.
• Proficiency in SQL for query writing and database optimization.
• Experience handling JSON data interchange within RPG applications.
• Familiarity with RPG ILE and RPG-FREE languages.
• Ability to analyze and design software solutions for iSeries platforms.
• Independent problem-solving to identify and develop system improvements.
