Description

This role acts as the functional bridge between business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technology partners to implement and support Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, analyze workflows, and identify gaps for eGRC solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system configuration and development.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of eGRC platforms, including testing and training.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, conduct gap analyses, and develop process maps and data flow diagrams.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), developing test plans, scripts, and ensuring stakeholder sign-off.

Required Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) platforms.
• Proficiency with RSA Archer Engage.
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to document business requirements for eGRC capabilities.
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Experience in business process analysis.
• 10-30 years of relevant experience.
