Description

Implement and support Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) platforms by bridging business stakeholders with technology partners.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, analyzing workflows to identify gaps in eGRC solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system configuration and development.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, conduct gap analyses, and develop process maps and data flow diagrams.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test plans, scripts, and securing stakeholder sign-off.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of eGRC platforms, providing testing and training.

Required Skills

• 10-30 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or eGRC.
• Proficiency with RSA Archer Engage.
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience documenting business requirements for eGRC capabilities.
• Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Background in business process analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
