Description

Lead an Agile Release Train (ART) and multiple delivery teams as a servant leader and coach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile Release Train and facilitate ART and team events to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Coach and manage multiple Scrum Masters to improve their effectiveness in leading Agile teams.
• Partner with Product Management to maintain a healthy program roadmap and value-driven backlog.
• Identify and resolve impediments and dependencies to maintain smooth ART functioning.
• Develop an Agile metrics framework to track, analyze, and communicate performance indicators.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience working in a software development organization.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 2+ years of experience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• 3+ years of experience with direct reporting responsibilities.
• Scrum Master certification.
• SAFe RTE certification.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, TDD, and BDD engineering practices.
• Expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe SPC certification.
