Good to Have Skills: Silicon IP development process, Design for Test methodologies, Shell scripting, complex silicon tapeouts experience, networking IP solutions, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership and mentoring abilities, cross-functional team collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define micro-architecture from the architecture definition for complex IP solutions.
• Evaluate and execute design and development plans for various IPs across multiple market segments.
• Perform RTL design, IP integration and comprehensive technical documentation for silicon designs.
• Participate in and act as senior technical reviewer for architecture and implementation reviews.
• Work with stakeholders to develop comprehensive testing plans including compliance and interop testing.
• Critically review and provide feedback on design implementations and verification plans.
• Act as technical mentor to junior engineers and provide leadership across cross-functional teams.

Experience Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience in silicon IP development, RTL design, and complex hardware architecture.

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, master's degree or equivalent experience required
