Description

You will lead FPGA RTL development and architecture specification for high-configuration FPGA families.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop architecture and micro-architecture specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Own the full FPGA tool flow, including design bring-up, synthesis, and place and route (PNR).
• Develop timing constraints, analyze results, and implement design changes to close timing.
• Drive technical issues to root cause and ownership through to closure.
• Automate workflows using scripting languages.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in FPGA RTL development.
• Expertise with AMD/Xilinx ISE/Vivado and Intel/Altera Quartus.
• Experience with high-configuration FPGA family series.
• Proficiency with industry-standard bus protocols including AMBA, PCI Express, and DDR.
• Hands-on experience with synthesis, PNR, and timing closure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for complex hardware issues.
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Xilinx and Arm Cortex-A53 based systems.
