Description

You will lead the development of a Sales application and oversee the full project lifecycle, from roadmap definition to infrastructure requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management to define application roadmaps and infrastructure needs.
• Manage team deliverables and drive technical decision-making through structured debate.
• Develop and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js.
• Build and consume REST APIs to support business logic.
• Design and expand custom CSS frameworks using HTML5 and CSS.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Ruby.
• Strong expertise in React.js.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, including abstraction and inheritance.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS, specifically in custom framework development.
• Experience with Python.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex project lifecycles.
• Experience defining infrastructure requirements at scale.
