Description

You will serve as a hands-on architect designing and developing web-based, real-time, and batch applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop application prototypes to guide the development team through implementation.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify requirements and design new products or extensions.
• Provide technical oversight through code reviews and mentoring of the development team.
• Propose and document technical design recommendations and improvements following established standards.
• Oversee unit test design to ensure application logic is fully exercised across all components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application architecture and design.
• Deep expertise in Ruby and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL or Postgres.
• Proficiency with SQL and No-SQL databases.
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Working knowledge of JSON.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Rally, Jenkins, GitHub, and Confluence.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions within agile/lean delivery methods.
