Description

You will act as a hands-on architect designing and developing web-based, real-time, and batch applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop application prototypes to guide the development team through implementation.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify requirements and design new products or extensions.
• Provide technical oversight through code reviews and mentoring of the development team.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions while meeting established delivery milestones in an agile environment.
• Propose, document, and implement technical design recommendations and improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application architecture and design.
• Deep expertise in Ruby and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases, specifically MS SQL or Postgres.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with AngularJS and JSON.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub, and Rally.
• Ability to document designs according to established standards.
• Experience working within Scrum and Agile delivery methods.
