Description

Lead the design and end-to-end development of real-time and batch web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop application prototypes to guide the development team.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Provide technical oversight via code reviews and direct mentoring.
• Propose and implement architectural improvements and design recommendations.
• Oversee unit testing strategies to ensure full logic coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and application architecture.
• Deep expertise in Ruby and application design patterns.
• Proficiency with SQL and No-SQL databases (MS SQL, Postgres).
• Strong experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Working knowledge of JSON, Bootstrap, and front-end integration.
• Practical experience in Agile/Scrum environments using Rally, Jenkins, GitHub, Confluence, PullReview, and log4r.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering complex projects within strict delivery milestones.
