Description

You will build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, and AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex, scalable applications using Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, and SQL.
• Ship code regularly by deploying applications to AWS cloud services.
• Manage daily application maintenance, monitor alerts, and investigate technical escalations.
• Apply security best practices to all technical decisions and architectural designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in Vue.js for frontend development.
• Strong experience with SQL and database management.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
• Direct experience working with e-commerce platforms and Shopify.
• Practical knowledge of GraphQL.
• Understanding of both monolith and microservices architectures.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
