Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable backend code in Ruby on Rails and build responsive, high-performance front-end user experiences.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications securely within the AWS Cloud environment.
• Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
• Monitor system health, performance, and logs using Elastic Observability to proactively identify and resolve production issues.

Experience Required: 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience with strong, production-proven expertise in Ruby on Rails and solid proficiency in front-end engineering concepts
