Description

Build and maintain scalable software using Ruby on Rails. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced OOP principles to write clean, maintainable code.
• Design systems for high scale and performance.
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure software quality.
• Solve complex technical problems through hands-on programming.
• Operate within an Agile software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional programming experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Ruby on Rails.
• Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Solid understanding of System Design and database scaling.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong computer science fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and large-scale systems.
• Background in SaaS troubleshooting and assertive deployment schedules.
• Experience designing products from scratch or contributing to open-source projects.
