Description

You will develop and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails while collaborating with product teams to deliver viable solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with Product Management to design solutions for customer challenges.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and manage project workflows in JIRA and Confluence.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve third-party dependency conflicts.
• Participate in Agile planning, story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails for scalable application development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise solutions.
• Experience with Web Services and Java Web Services.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices and Git version control.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
