Description

You will own the full lifecycle of Ruby on Rails applications, from backend architecture to frontend engineering and cloud deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable backend code in Ruby on Rails and build responsive front-end user experiences.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications securely within the AWS Cloud environment.
• Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions for reliable delivery.
• Monitor system health, performance, and logs using Elastic Observability to proactively resolve production issues.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and implement automation for deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong, production-proven expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in Frontend Engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Practical experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Experience with Elastic Observability for logging and monitoring.
• Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure management.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of backend and frontend engineering concepts.
• Expertise in automated deployment pipelines.
