You will enhance and maintain critical enterprise web applications using Ruby on Rails.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications using clean MVC architecture and RESTful principles.
• Build responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (Sass), JavaScript, and Vue.js.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for PostgreSQL and MySQL; manage schema migrations.
• Implement background processing using Sidekiq and caching with Redis.
• Collaborate on CI/CD workflows and conduct code reviews while maintaining test coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails (5–7), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL, specifically PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Experience writing unit tests using RSpec or MiniTest with factory_bot.
• Familiarity with authentication systems (Devise, CanCan, Rolify).
• Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
