Description

You will design, build, and maintain server-side web application components using Ruby on Rails.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable backend logic.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise using Git for version control.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with background jobs and microservice architecture.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
