Description

Build and maintain web applications and APIs using the Ruby on Rails framework.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Design and implement APIs within the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Manage and interact with database management systems.
• Write and maintain tests using RSpec or Cucumber to ensure code quality.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional programming experience with Ruby.
• Proficiency in the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Experience with API development.
• Hands-on experience with database management systems (DBMS).
• Experience with testing and debugging frameworks such as RSpec or Cucumber.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
