You will develop features and maintain systems using Ruby and Rails, delivering software solutions for large codebases.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software solutions with 5+ years of progressive development experience.
• Manage changes across large codebases, assessing impact on related components.
• Lead small project teams through development cycles.
• Solve complex technical problems independently or collaboratively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive software development experience with Ruby or similar language.
• 2+ years experience working across a large codebase.
• Proficiency in Ruby.
• Experience with Git.
• Familiarity with SQL and Postgres.
• Working knowledge of Linux command-line tools.
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Postgres or other SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Linux command-line tools such as grep and ssh.
