Description

Develop, architect, and maintain scalable software solutions using Ruby on Rails, owning the release pipeline and technical design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, low-latency code for integrated software solutions.
• Drive technical design, implementation, and maintenance of larger initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate, optimize, and deploy solutions.
• Create end-to-end estimates for modules and participate in product requirement planning.
• Support production troubleshooting and assist in building, testing, and documenting releases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience specifically in Ruby on Rails.
• Strong experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line usage.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience working within Agile development lifecycles using Git and CI/CD.
• Ability to gather and clarify requirements from product managers and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Angular or React.
