Description

You will build, maintain, and optimize scalable Ruby on Rails applications. You own the full lifecycle of backend services, from architecture to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable, and secure code for backend services.
• Design and manage database schemas and integrations.
• Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Experience with testing frameworks.
• Database design and management skills.
• API development and integration experience.
• Basic front-end technology knowledge.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2-year minimum tenure in previous roles.
