Description

You will build and maintain scalable web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in regular code reviews.
• Integrate data storage solutions including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize system performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby and the Rails framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Git and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
