Description

You will build and maintain full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and implement websites and applications across the full stack.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, response times, capacity, and system limitations.
• Create and modify technical documentation for applications and websites.
• Maintain websites to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across the organization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience using Ruby as a core language.
• Proficiency with the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Experience with API design and interface technologies including JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, and XML.
• Front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Expertise in integrated testing frameworks such as RSpec or MiniTest.
• Expert knowledge of Java.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins.
• Exposure to AWS and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both GUI and back-end development.
