Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails, designing solutions for complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement REST APIs, OAuth/OIDC, and RPC/Protobuf protocols.
• Analyze technical problems and engineer non-obvious solutions.
• Manage, prioritize, and size tasks to meet committed deadlines.
• Translate business issues into technical solution designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in REST API design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth and OIDC.
• Working knowledge of RPC and Protobuf.
• Strong SQL skills for development and data management.
• Experience working within AWS cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Datadog and Sentry for monitoring and debugging.
• Experience deploying and scaling cloud-based services.
